"Anything She Does" is a song by the British band Genesis. It appears as the fifth track on their highly successful album Invisible Touch, opening the second side of the vinyl and cassette editions. The lyrics were written by their keyboardist Tony Banks.. Lyrically, the song is about is about a man who is in love with a porn star in a magazine or a Pop rock.

I loved this 25 years ago but now it's the last one I'd go for. The Genesis LP is much better. Invisible Touch is mid 80s click clack production and now very dated. I do like Domino as it's the best track but Anything She Does is awful. The ballads are pure Phil Collins and the rest is Genesis at their most bland and most commercial.

Invisible Touch is the thirteenth studio album by the English rock band Genesis, released on 6 June by Atlantic Records in the United States and 9 June by Charisma and Virgin Records in the United Kingdom. After taking a break in group activity for each member to continue with their solo projects in , the band reconvened in October to write and record Invisible Touch with.

The unedited version of track #5 "Anything She Does" runs about 11 seconds longer on the US Remastered Edition CD than the edited version that appeared on the original US release. The additional music can be heard near the end of the song, from approximately , and is responsible for the increase in the track length to

Delivered in the wake of Phil Collins' massive success as a solo star, Invisible Touch was seen at the time as a bit of a Phil Collins solo album disguised as a Genesis album, and it's not hard to see why. Invisible Touch is, without a doubt, Genesis' poppiest album, a sleek, streamlined affair built on electronic percussion and dressed in synths that somehow seem to be programmed, not played 6/

Hit singles;Invisible touch,In too deep,Tonight tonight tonight (edit) and live favourite - throwing it all away, made Genesis a household name, and even quite ubiquitous for a time. The brassy and full on, Anything shes does - reminiscent of a Phil collins solo song (only a good thing - surely),delivers such optimism to the listener ie: me/5().
  9. Golar says:
"Invisible Touch" - i.m.o. - is the most underrated album in the Genesis diskography. Most people compare it to the "old" stuff, which is simply impossible. And the most common association is the title track, which is a simple pop song, but it does its job, doesn't it?
